This associate has over 35 years experience of managing a wide range of public services at all levels up to and including Executive Director.

Having managed operational services,and served as Executive Director for a number of large urban authorities integrating, co-ordinating and managing the widest possible range of Regeneration and Environmental Services.

This associate has excellent leadership skills with substantial experience harnessing the commitment and enthusiasm of staff from a diverse range of professions and expertise to transform the quality of front line services for customers. Has used this experience to deliver leadership development and coaching programmes including the design and delivery a year-long programme supporting the top 100 managers from a large City Council department.

As a Consultant / Interim Manager, has successfully completed a number of service, best value and organisational reviews improving service quality, generating efficiencies and significantly reducing costs.

Other assignments include the introduction of performance management systems across and number of organisations including with a national trade union.   

Most recently has led a major organisational review of Highways and Transportation Services for a major City Authority, transforming front-line service delivery, achieving major efficiency savings and significantly reducing the cost base.
