Wide ranging experience of all aspects of Local Authority property, systems and team management with the ability and reputation for delivery.

A Chartered Manager that can manage a wide range of services and teams, coupled with creativity and the ability to review, analyse and implement change successfully. Seeks to improve systems and process to bring about organisational benefits in line with corporate goals.

Has developed, implemented and delivered Corporate Asset Policy and also corporate management systems on asbestos and corporate property compliance, receiving a personal commendation from HSE.

Adept at building relationships and communicating at all levels, with a keen understanding of politics (big and little ‘P’).

Able to support day to day operations, system reviews, policy development or project work across a wide range of Local Authority services.

Has also managed corporate Sustainability, Energy and Regeneration Services in Wales. Senior representation of the organisation at local and national level and member of the Welsh Government working group on Community Asset Transfer Guidance.
