This seminar looks at some of those local authorities who have taken the initiative themselves to seek mutual benefits and savings through collaboration.
Each speaker will provide a case study on their reasons for collaboration, the legal form that took and the cultural and financial obstacles that had to be overcome to realise the goal.
APSE hope all Welsh Authorities take the opportunity of attending to explore what collaboration might offer them through the first-hand accounts of those who have found successful solutions.
The APSE Wales AGM will be a short business meeting to ensure that the regions members are able to receive regional accounts, nominate members to APSE’s national council and regional executive and elect a regional chair and secretary. We encourage all members of APSE’s Wales region to ensure their authority is represented at the AGM.
