Welcoming Brightly - APSE's newest Approved Partner

Leading asset management software company, Brightly (a Siemens company) has been accepted into the highly regarded Approved Partner Scheme run by APSE.

Brightly Software’s admission to the scheme is welcome recognition of the enormous value it has provided to local authorities across the UK for many years.
