Are you responsible for reviewing the performance of a service or team from an internal or external perspective? Do you need to demonstrate opportunities for change, increased performance or growth? Are you looking for methods to help you find efficiencies, merge or close services?
Utilising a methodical business analysis approach involves understanding purpose and design, utilising the most effective questions, and grappling with quantitative and qualitative techniques which help to address organisational challenges, issues or opportunities.
