Session Five
The Big APSE Energy Summit, held in partnership with DESNZ. This event was held on 26 and 27 February 2025 at a new venue for us, right in the heart of Birmingham.
The energy, climate change and sustainability agenda remains as high profile as ever. The targets many local authorities have set themselves are getting closer and closer and, whilst lots of councils have made big strides, there is still a huge amount to do.
You won’t need us to tell you that these topics will be part of councils’ decision making processes for a long time to come. These are issues of concern for all involved in local government, for all services over the length of a whole career.
So, whether you consider them a threat or opportunity, you need to be informed.
If you have any questions about the Summit, please get in touch with Phil Brennan at [email protected] or James Jefferson at [email protected]
