Role of the Facilities Manager Trainers

 

Anne is a an APSE associate trainer and has developed this course from her successful facilities management experience working with clients across the UK and Europe.

Anne has over 25 years’ experience in FM project management and senior management. This experience includes working in the Retail, Education, Commercial, Social Housing and Care and Support Sectors.

Anne holds a BSc (Hons) in Statistics and is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace Facilities Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

A specialist in asset, facilities, property and contract management Anne has worked on the delivery of large, national projects that utilise her skills in strategy development, business transformation and policy development.  She is particularly skilled in the development of FM tender documentation including comprehensive service specifications across all services supplier relationship management and performance management.

Anne is Deputy Chair of the IWFM Procurement Special Interest Group and a Lead Judge for the IWFM Excellence Awards.
